Well, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/2014\/11\/17\/sherwin-williams-2015-color-of-the-year-coral-reef_n_6173858.html\">Huffington Post<\/a>, it depends who you ask. According to Benjamin Moore, &#8220;a neutral that&#8217;s natural&#8221; will dominate, as in the sage-meets-chartreuse hue called\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/media.benjaminmoore.com\/WebServices\/prod\/colortrends2015\/index.html\" target=\"_hplink\">Guilford Green<\/a>\u00a0that the brand picked for\u00a0Color of the Year 2015.<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 410px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.benjaminmoore.com\/en-us\/for-your-home\/guilford-green-hc-116-color-of-the-year;jsessionid=tyQbJ17LQTYFkVrQYSry2g8pNr4M11kSdhTpNrJn3pvjXJ7tCqdS!-1458338374!NONE\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.zatista.com\/art\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/Screen-Shot-2014-11-18-at-12.19.41-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"302\" \/><\/a><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Benjamin Moore&#8217;s 2015 Color of the Year &#8211; Guilford Green HC-116, a stunning silvery green that complements both modern and traditional styles in a seamless manner.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Over at Pantone, color is trending toward more &#8220;nature-like neutrals,&#8221; as well,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.apartmenttherapy.com\/could-this-be-the-color-of-2015-212940?\" target=\"_hplink\">Apartment Therapy<\/a>\u00a0reports. And while the folks at Sherwin-Williams also got the memo about designers moving toward the cooler and softer side of the color spectrum, its prediction is decidedly more\u2026 pink. Behold, Sherwin-Williams&#8217; 2015 Color Of The Year \u2013 Coral Reef:<\/p>\n<div style=\"width: 410px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.huffingtonpost.com\/2014\/11\/17\/sherwin-williams-2015-color-of-the-year-coral-reef_n_6173858.html\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/i.huffpost.com\/gen\/2290310\/original.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"515\" \/><\/a><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">image via Huffington Post<\/p><\/div>\n<p>According to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sherwin-williams.com\/architects-specifiers-designers\/inspiration\/color-forecast\/2015-color-forecast\/buoyant\/\">Sherwin-Williams<\/a>, Coral Reef is &#8220;the perfect m\u00e9lange of pink, orange and red&#8230; reminiscent of vintage floral patterns and inspired by the trend for green urban spaces.&#8221; It&#8217;s been on the color trend radar before. A similar hue called Burnt Sienna made\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.pantone.com\/pages\/pantone.aspx?pg=21111&amp;ca=90\" target=\"_hplink\">Pantone&#8217;s earthy &#8217;70s palette<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 a grouping of colors brought on by the recession and the country&#8217;s environmental movement \u2013\u00a0while Sunkist Coral topped color expert Diana Hathaway Timmons&#8217;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/color.about.com\/b\/2014\/03\/27\/a-sneak-peek-at-2015-color-trends.htm\" target=\"_hplink\">2015 colors-to -watch list<\/a>\u00a0earlier this year.
